Built for personal symptom recordkeeping.
Flojas Symptom Journal is a user-controlled tool for adults who want a private way to record symptoms, review history, understand patterns, and export their own records.
Symptom entries
Track symptom, body part, date/time, intensity, context, quality, and notes.
Local history
Review saved entries on your device and delete individual records when needed.
Charts and trends
View descriptive trends, severity distribution, calendars, and summaries based on your entries.
CSV, PDF, PNG
Create user-controlled exports for backup, sharing, or readable summaries.
CSV import validation
Import prior CSV backups to merge or replace local records after the app checks the expected structure, timestamps, and intensity values.
Device storage
No account, no cloud sync, no automatic upload, and no advertising SDK.
Privacy choices are built into the workflow.
The app is designed around named promises: local storage, intentional exports, import validation, clear delete guardrails, and medical-disclaimer language on screens and exports.
CSV for continuity. Use CSV as the backup/restore format when changing devices or reinstalling.
PDF and PNG for sharing. Visual exports include disclaimer language and are meant for readable summaries.
Delete with guardrails. Deletion flows warn the user before local records are removed.
