Need to keep your records?
Export a CSV backup before uninstalling, changing devices, clearing local app data, or using delete controls.
Where is my data?
Your symptom records are stored locally on your device. The app has no account and no cloud sync in the current version.
What leaves the app?
Data leaves the app only when you choose to export, share, copy, back up, send, or otherwise move it outside the app.
Import not working?
Use the original Symptom Journal CSV backup as-is. Edited or spreadsheet-reformatted files may fail validation to protect your records from mismatched dates, symptoms, or severity values.
Can deleted data be recovered?
Deleted local data and uninstalled app data may not be recoverable by the app, teJai Technologies, the app store, or the device manufacturer.
