Record, review, analyze, export, and delete your own symptom records.
Use Flojas Symptom Journal as a personal recordkeeping tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and does not interpret your symptoms or tell you what action to take.
Accept the first-open disclosure
On first launch, review the medical disclaimer, age requirement, privacy summary, local storage notice, export warning, and user responsibility terms. Check the box and tap I agree to continue.
Choose app language
After the disclosure is accepted, choose the interface language. The accepted disclosure remains saved in English for review.
Log a symptom
Select a symptom, choose a body part when applicable, confirm the date/time, adjust intensity, add comments, then tap Save to Device.
Review history
Use History to review saved records. Swipe left on an entry to delete it from this device.
Analyze patterns
Choose symptom, body part, and time frame to view descriptive charts and summaries based only on your entries.
Export or import
Use CSV for backup and re-import. Keep CSV backups unchanged and import the original file as-is. Use PDF or PNG for readable or visual summaries. Exports leave the app when you share or move them.
Backup Before Removing Data
Export CSV with all symptoms, all body parts, and the full time range before uninstalling the app, clearing local data, changing devices, resetting your device, or using delete tools. Deleted local data may not be recoverable.
Do not edit, sort, rename columns, delete rows, or re-save the CSV in a spreadsheet app before import. Spreadsheet apps may change the file structure or date/time values. If import reports a validation problem, use the original untouched CSV backup or export a fresh backup from the old device if available.
